Below the details of Pastoral and Behavioral Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Student Disciplinary and Misconduct Committee which considers the most serious allegations of academic misconduct.
- Administer formulating students’ rules of conduct handbook and policies.
- Ensure that all interventions are equitable and fair and uphold the school ethos.
- Promote and celebrate positive behaviour among the student body.
- Research and suggest possible interventions and management strategies.
- Run workshops for staff and parents on positive behaviour management and pastoral care.
- Advise staff responsible for investigating disciplinary allegations, including interviews with students and staff.
- Supervise and deliver related staff training.
- Ensure coordinating students’ disciplinary and misconduct actions meetings and drafting minutes for them.
- Monitor applying the School’s policies to misconduct cases.
- Review and revise regulations, policies and procedures on a regular basis to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline.
Preferable:
- Experience in International Schools.
