AR is a reading programme that helps teachers support and monitor children’s reading practice.
• In Class: During Guided Reading sessions, your child will be given a book tailored to their individual reading level to read with teacher support.
• At Home: When finished, your child will take the book home to re-read at their own pace. Once confident, they will take a short online quiz to measure how much of the book they understood.
